If you need to reschedule a lesson, please give at least 24-hours notice. Lessons cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation window can not be rescheduled or refunded.

For all ongoing lesson 4-packs, we require one month's notice to cancel or discontinue services.

This policy allows us to:

• Properly transition your lesson spot to students on our waitlist

• Maintain fair scheduling for all families

• Plan appropriately for studio operations

How to Cancel

Please submit your cancellation notice in writing (email preferred) at least 30 days before your desired end date.

Example

If you wish to stop lessons on June 1st, notice must be received by May 1st.

To ensure lesson times remain available for active students, taking four or more consecutive weeks off will be considered a withdrawal from the studio schedule. Students are always welcome to return if space is available; however, returning students will enroll at the current lesson rate.
