Lesson Cancellation
If you need to reschedule a lesson, please give at least 24-hours notice. Lessons cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation window can not be rescheduled or refunded.
Pausing Lessons
Lesson packages and recurring tuition are intended to be used within the regularly scheduled billing cycle. While Ms. Kayla strives to be flexible with summer schedules, vacations, and occasional rescheduling requests, lessons may not be indefinitely postponed or extended beyond their intended term.
In general, lesson credits must be used within 8 weeks of the first lesson covered by the payment unless otherwise approved in writing. Extended gaps in attendance may require a schedule adjustment, additional payment, or forfeiture of unused lesson credits.
Families wishing to pause lessons for an extended period should discuss options with Ms. Kayla in advance.
Ongoing Lesson 4-Pack Cancellation
For all ongoing lesson 4-packs, we require one month's notice to cancel or discontinue services.
This policy allows us to:
Properly transition your lesson spot to students on our waitlist
Maintain fair scheduling for all families
Plan appropriately for studio operations
How to Cancel
Please submit your cancellation notice in writing (email preferred) at least 30 days before your desired end date.
Example
If you wish to stop lessons on June 1st, notice must be received by May 1st.
Lesson Break
To ensure lesson times remain available for active students, taking four or more consecutive weeks off will be considered a withdrawal from the studio schedule. Students are always welcome to return if space is available; however, returning students will enroll at the current lesson rate.
